Things people ask before they start.
Do I keep my current WhatsApp number?
That's the goal. Before anything changes we look at how your business number is set up today and tell you exactly what, if anything, would change. Nothing goes live until you've tested it.
Will customers know it's an assistant?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business's assistant and offers a person whenever someone asks. People mostly care that they get a quick, correct answer.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and passes the message to you. It only answers from the information you've approved, so it won't invent prices or promises.
Can it connect to my booking or practice software?
Sometimes. It depends on whether your software allows outside connections. We check that properly and quote it separately rather than guess.
What about POPIA and my customers' data?
We only use the information needed to answer and pass on messages, and you decide what the assistant may ask for. We'll explain where messages are stored before you start.
Am I locked in?
No long contract. The monthly fee covers running and looking after the assistant, and you can stop it with a month's notice.
